We are now looking for an HR Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for People & Culture. A broad and business-oriented role with close collaboration with management and a real opportunity to influence the company's continued development. CauseyWestling is located in beautiful offices in central Stockholm.
About the role The role is clearly operational and combines operational HR work with strategic development responsibility. You support the organization's leaders and employees in all HR-related issues and act as a trusted, advisory partner in both everyday situations and change.
The assignment covers the entire HR annual cycle, from organizational development, talent acquisition, and clarification of career paths to labor law, performance management, salary review, and recruitment. At the same time, you are present in the daily work where you support in employee conversations, handle personnel matters, develop HR processes, and ensure that policies and guidelines are current and business-oriented. You work closely with the company's management with the opportunity to influence both structure, culture, and long-term direction.
The assignment CauseyWestling is in an important development phase with strong results behind and high ambitions ahead. The HR function should be an active and business-oriented force in clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations while contributing to engagement, trust, and long-term sustainability in the organization.
We are looking for someone who has
· A few years of experience working with the entire HR annual cycle
· Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
· Confidence in labor law and experience supporting managers and employees
· Strong business understanding and pragmatic problem-solving skills
· An academic HR education
· Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
Meritorious
· Experience from scale-up, start-up, or partner-owned organizations
· Familiarity with fast-paced environments with many parallel initiatives
